We invite you to a journey of taste...

Selenes Restaurant is in the midst of history and right beside Lake Bafa. You can start the day with a magnificent authentic village breakfast before you go out to discover the historical and natural beauties surrounding us. You can watch the red plays of light from the sun, and the unique view of Lake Bafa and Mountain parmak while you sip your chilling drinks in the panoramic terrace of SELENES at sunset. Our Slow food konsept meals are from the organic vegetables that we grow in our garden...

Our olives and olive oil are from the olive trees in our garden... Our meat and dairy products are from the animals raised in our locality... We prepare our fish daily from the delicious fish of Lake Bafa. As an alternative, we sometimes offer seafood.

Lake Bafa has become famous on the world with its flathead mullet and eel. We also prepare herbal meals specific to our locality depending on the season on our menu. We offer every kind of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the restaurant of our bar. We are a family enterprise where the owner cooks wonderful meals for you with his own hands. We offer group meal service in our à la carte restaurant to the guests of agencies that organise day-trips. Travel agencies that would like to organise tours to Lake Bafa can ask for special pricing list for menu and groups. We are expecting you in SELENES: a stop to taste the relishes.

The two brothers Kubilay and Tamer were very friendly and entertaining and most keen to please. Their families were charming particularly the children. The fresh food from their farm was outstandingly well presented and delicious. The countryside and lake were beautiful. We really enjoyed the boat trip.”

Deborah, Bakersfield (US

Friendly, beatiful view, good service and eating. Very quiet. Bafa lake is very nice and we liked swimming around the isle.”

This place is well off the beaten track and very suitable for anyone wanting to get away from it all and relax. The proprietors are an excellent couple of chaps (and their families) who can arrange just about anything for you - plus they have a great sense of humour and are very sociable. There's tonnes to explore in the local area, though just chillin in the heat under the trees is amazing.”

John Miles, Leeds (GB)

“Excellent food (breakfast & dinner included), gorgeous location near the lake and ruins, unfortunately, I can't comment on the guide service due to inclement weather during our stay.”
